David Arnstein
Chief Financial Officer
David is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Venture Investors Health Fund, and is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He re-joined the fund in 2016 as CFO.
David first joined the firm in 2000 as an analyst. Then he progressed to a full-time Associate role until 2003, when he departed to pursue a Chief Financial Officer opportunity. While serving as an Associate, David was responsible for due diligence, pipeline building, and market research.
Before joining Venture Investors in 2000, David began his career as an auditor in Chicago at Shepard Schwartz & Harris LLP, where he specialized in auditing medium-sized family businesses. He next worked for Cumulus Media, a start-up radio station company focused on acquiring radio stations in small and medium-sized markets, which grew into a media giant. In his role there, he worked on the
acquisition team that acquired over 300 stations, as well as having involvement in the company’s initial public stock offering. Before returning to Venture Investors Health Fund, David served as CFO of an environmental company in the Milwaukee area. While there, he was directly involved in the acquisition of four competitors, as well as the merger with another company that expanded its geographic footprint.

Outside of work, David enjoys Wisconsin sports, working out, playing tennis and golf, and spending time with his wife and three children.
