How We Helped

Venture Investors provided seed financing to the first company in which the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation accepted equity in lieu of an upfront management fee. We served as lead investor, building a strong syndicate through multiple rounds and an IPO. John Neis served on the Board from seed stage through IPO.

Results

ThirdWave was acquired by Hologic for $580 million.
