MEDICAL DEVICE
Incept BioSystems develops innovative microscale and nanoscale technologies that provide cell biologists the ability to obtain high value data about cell growth and behavior. Our technologies were developed to improve the in vitro manipulation, performance, and viability of high-value cells, and our vision is to become the next-generation stardard for Premium Cell Management applications.
At Nerites, we produce the only synthetic water resistant adhesive available. Bench studies have demonstrated our technology’s maintenance of adhesive performance during many cycles of full immersion in water. Our coatings are being developed to improve the performance of existing medical devices by preventing bacterial adhesion and supporting tissue repair.
NeuWave Medical is a University of Wisconsin start-up that develops minimally invasive technologies for the treatment of cancer. NeuWave’s core technology is a proprietary microwave ablation system that provides substantial benefits over traditional thermal ablation techniques.
Tissue Regeneration Systems, Inc (TRS) is developing bioactive medical devices for bone and soft tissue regeneration. The Company is a spin-out of the Universities of Michigan and Wisconsin, where TRS’ core proprietary technologies were developed over the past decade. TRS’ first products are in the spine and craniofacial markets.
